JL Search is a boutique recruitment firm based in Kelowna, BC, specializing in maintenance and reliability leadership for industrial companies across Western Canada.

Our focus is permanent hiring for asset-heavy operations in mining, ports, oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, forestry & pulp, and manufacturing. We place the leaders who own the maintenance and reliability function, from Maintenance Manager and Reliability Engineer through to Director of Maintenance & Engineering and VP Operations.
